Rules:

• If you have less than 10 years of experience, your resume should be 1 page (2-3 bullets per job)

• You don’t need different paragraphs for different roles at the same company, just note you were promoted or put both titles in the title spot with the dates you held each

• Qualitative information only: I did X, which accomplished Y, which enabled us to do Z

  • Example: I spearheaded the optimization of our pricing strategy, resulting in a significant increase in profit from 18% to 34%. This success directly contributed to the expansion of our marketing team, allowing us to further enhance our customer reach.

• Objective Statements: If you're transitioning a new role or industry, use your objective statement to highlight how your past experiences is relevant and will uniquely position you to add value in this new context
